TINA LIZZIO is a Corporate and Executive Ontological Life Coach who supports executive clients and facilitates communication with direct reports, management and teams. Tina partners with men and women to assess personal and professional strengths and current limitations given the emotional intelligence of the leaders within the organization. Her process of exploring what is working and what is not and creating new possibilities for committed action positively shifts the environment and brings forth significant win/win results that impact the bottom line.

Tina is the mother of 3 children and for more than 20 years worked in the financial securities industry; this included sales for Lehman Brothers and equity and fixed-income trading for hedge funds. She has experience in other industries serving clients in all types of real estate and mortgage financing transactions. Tina holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the Smith Business School at the University of Maryland in International Business and Marketing. In addition to being a coach in leadership trainings since 2012, she is a graduate of ontological coaching studies from the Newfield Institute in Boulder, CO and is a member of the ICF. 

Tina has coached professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve success with their goals in the domains of career, finance, network marketing, health and relationships in order to live a masterful life with joy and purpose. Tina is a trainer of other coaches and mentor coach for the curriculum of The Successful Male and coaches Ambassadors of Live Ultimate to be successful entrepreneurs. It is Tina’s passion and focus in her work to partner as a coach with accomplished individuals to support them in becoming the best version of themselves and to actualize desired results with fulfillment in their daily personal and professional lives.
